DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • Free shipping for all U.S. orders over $150.
  • $10 Flat rate shipping for all U.S. orders under $150.
  • Standard domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders placed online  are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.   Once orders have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • USPS and UPS is responsible for all lost packages. Please contact them directly for any claims about your package.  If the tracking status of your order states that your package has been delivered but you did not receive your package, please directly contact USPS or UPS.
  • All express orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Express orders need to be placed by 12pm CST to ship the same day otherwise all orders placed after 12pm CST will be shipped out the following business day.
  • Nomadic Collections is not responsible for delays, stolen or damaged packages, replacement of lost orders or orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • All international orders are shipped via DHL
  • Orders placed online  are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Shipping delivery dates are based on region/country.   
  • For orders shipping to Canada, there is a flat $25 shipping rate.
  • For all other countries, there is a flat $45 shipping rate.
  • Nomadic Collections is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, stolen or damaged packages, or any costs incurred by customs and the buyer's responsibility. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance and to clear the package from customs.
  • A mobile phone number is required in order to receive your DHL delivery.

DUTY PAYMENTS:

  • At this time the majority of styles are shipped from USA. Duty, if applicable, is the customer’s responsibility and will be paid directly to the carrier.
  • DHL will contact you via text message to inform you of the amount due and how to pay. If duty has not been pre-paid, DHL will refuse to deliver and your order will be shipped back to us. If this happens, we will gladly re-ship your order to you; however a re-shipping fee of $22USD will apply.
  • Tracking information will be sent to you via email within 2 days after your order has shipped.
